Your reward

Your reward is made up of salary and any bonuses or incentives you are eligible for in your role.  We recognise and value individual contribution by rewarding you for performance, both in terms of what you do and how you do it.  Our annual pay and bonus review is designed to reflect the performance of Secure Ṫrust Bànk and your individual contribution to the organisation.  Your line manager will regularly discuss your performance so you can grow and develop.

You can choose the benefits which suit you and your lifestyle.  We have access to goods and services at competitive rates and in some cases can offer tax savings to further enhance the value of what you receive.  The benefits we offer depend upon your level in the business, although some benefits are applicable to all.

Flexible benefits

Annually all employees who have successfully passed their 3-month probation can purchase additional options including childcare vouchers, holiday buying/selling, private medical or dental plans, insurance, breakdown cover even a wine plan!


When you join you will have the chance to set up your own Group Personal Pension Plan with our provider Standard Life. You will need to contribute a minimum 3% and the Company will also contribute 3% of your gross pay. For managers and above the employer/employee contribution is 5%.

Private Medical Insurance

We offer private health care for manager level roles and above. If you wish you can your spouse and/or dependants at a monthly cost through your flexible benefits, this will be at a significantly reduced cost in comparison to the open market.

Car allowance

Eligible employees are provided with a monthly car allowance.

Life Assurance

All employees from day one have 4x basic salary provided as a death in service benefit and at no cost to you.

Annual leave

23 days paid holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays, increasing to a maximum 28 days with length of service.  Managers and above receive 28 days paid holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays.
