Labor/Warranty/Support - On site labor support during warranty period. Expenses included for locations within 150 miles of a service center. Additional expenses incurred outside of 150 miles of a service center. Four (4) on site calls per year. On site service scheduled within 72 hours.

*CS92-702-001

Consulting Service (Hardware or Software) by a Sr. Systems Analyst (Hardware or Software Engineer) –one week onsite includes travel time to and from the site, (usually 3 days onsite) Domestic US and Canada + includes all travel expenses.

*CS92-702-002 Consulting Service (Hardware or Software) by a Sr. Systems Analyst ( Hardware or Software Engineer ) – one week onsite includes travel time to and from site, ( usually 3 days onsite ) International ( includes Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, Australia, Near and Far East + all travel expenses. (Business Class Air Fare)
